Victoria Laverde is a seasoned communications professional, marketer and community leader with over 18 years of experience managing brands in Colombia and the United States. As Vice President of Integrated Marketing Services, Victoria is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects by overseeing all creative project management, directing all vendor and client relations, and by providing key insights in order to achieve our clients’ goals, save time and efficiently execute on budget.

Qualities such as dependability, trust and respect are imperative to Victoria when working with brands and business owners. She believes that keeping an open mind and being an active listener are what enables her to provide objective solutions to their most pressing needs.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communications & Journalism from The University of La Sabana, Victoria has worked with recognized Colombian brands such as Lavandería Premier helping develop and deploy robust marketing and communications plans for their audiences. She is not only passionate about marketing and communications but also her community. She is an active participant in many non-profit organizations such as Rotary International which is committed to help promote children’s education in Cartagena, Colombia and empower women to become financially independent.

Victoria prides herself in her role as a mother and defines success as working hard for what you believe in while helping those who are less privileged. She is a lover of all things art and museums and when she’s not tirelessly establishing and nourishing relationships with vendors and clients at IPCOMM Agency, you can find her spending time with her daughter, reading, hiking, or handcrafting something awesome.
