Lynetta Venable-Hiland is the passionate and diligent customer service manager for all IPCOMM printing projects. She’s an adventurous and seasoned team player with insights in the industry that have elevated and empowered the company for the past 3 years.

With over 30 years of experience in multiple printing, graphic design, and customer service roles, Lynetta has brought a multi-disciplinary perspective to the table and contributed to the successful completion of a wide array of projects, including the fulfillment and shipping of 13,000 pieces for Norfolk Southern Railway during the pandemic.

Creativity, quickness to learn, and an extensive familiarity with softwares and equipment in the print industry are just some of the traits and skills Lynetta is known for. When she’s not rocking production, shipping and customer service, she can be found reading, painting, drawing, or traveling across the US with her husband on their motorcycle. Faith and family are the cornerstones of her life.
