H&F Logistics, an Indianapolis-based transportation services company, faced two interconnected problems:
- Positioning: Their brand didn’t communicate the full scope of their multi-service capabilities, limiting their ability to compete beyond regional markets.
- Presence: Their existing website and visual identity lacked the modern, sleek look needed to be taken seriously as a national and global player in the shipping and transportation industry.

- Market Research: We analyzed more than 400 keywords, identified key competitors, assessed pain points, and conducted a Google Search Analysis to understand where opportunities existed and where competitors were falling short.
- Brand Definition: Through a series of strategy sessions, we extracted and refined the key pillars of the H&F brand, defining its personality, voice, and positioning statement to clarify who H&F is and who they champion.
- Campaign Architecture: We structured a multi-service ad campaign across Facebook and Google, mapping each service category (Local Freight, International Freight, Warehousing, Cold Storage, Special Services) to dedicated landing pages for maximum conversion relevance.
